The short answers.
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating quotes is free, with no card and no time limit, and so is sending them: by text or link, or by email from Tazzify, up to 5 a day. Premium, at $20 a month or $200 a year, adds higher email limits, saved quotes and clients, your public page, AI quotes from your voice, a photo or a few words, translation for your clients, deposits, reports and much more.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They get a link by text or email, open the quote in their phone’s browser, and sign it right there. No app to download and no account to make.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Tazzify works in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, for you and for your clients. Quotes go out in your client’s language, and AI can translate one for you.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account once. Clients pay by card from the quote link, on a secure Stripe page, and Stripe pays the money out to your bank account. With Premium you can ask for a deposit up front and split the rest into scheduled payments.
Does it work for my trade?
Tazzify works for 33 trades: contractors and handymen, landscapers and lawn care, house cleaners, pool and pest pros, auto detailers and repair shops, movers, photographers, stylists and more. Pick yours when you sign up, and the wording, line items and defaults follow it.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Tazzify runs in your phone’s browser and is made for one hand on a job site: big buttons, high contrast, and a quote in under a minute. It works on a tablet and a laptop too. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
What does the AI do with my data?
Nothing until you turn it on. AI is part of Premium and off by default; switch it on or off in Settings → Privacy.
When you use it, only what that feature needs goes to our AI provider, xAI: what you say or type, a photo or receipt if you add one, and your trade. xAI processes it under Zero Data Retention — it’s deleted as soon as the answer comes back, never stored, and never used to train models. We never send your client’s contact or payment details, and we don’t sell any of it. The lines you keep become part of your quote, like anything you type. Read the AI disclosure.
